We’ve been busy with production on our upcoming film ‘Love on the Rocks’ and just before we drop the film we want to introduce some interesting stories surrounding the lead characters. This first installment is a short called DGAF, starring Meyon Mordechai who is playing the lead role of Cadence. DGAF exposes some elements of her past that better explain her as a character. Love On The Rocks in Production

Production for Love On The Rocks has kicked off to a great start! The Cast and Crew were impeccable and we at PRO-ART are extremely excited about this film. Cameron Miller’s performance of  Rome Micheals (lead male character) was excellent. The Director and Writer of this project Stephen Philms was quoted saying. “He’s been on point. His interpretation of Rome reigns very true to the essence of the character. What has impressed me the most so far is the little nuances he does that brings the character to life, watching playback I say to myself, that is so Rome.”

     Playing his very successful sister Roz, is the talented Maxie McClintock. What she brings to character is fabulous, she has an ability to make a character so real. A few takes ended with outbursts of laughter from the crew because her commitment to being Roz; who can be described as being “very extra” at times was so dazzling. Stephen Philms also spoke about her performance, “She brought it today. I was guilty of few outbursts of laughs myself! What’s so great about what Maxie brings to this film is a comic relief to some serious subject matter being addressed. She’s a perfect fit for this role.”
